How do I purchase your products?

You will find a red STORE button at the top right hand corner of every page. This is a link to our eBay store where you can purchase our products using your PayPal account. We also accept USPS money orders however eBay will not allow us to advertise this payment method on our auctions. Direct orders are also welcome and required for quantity/builder discounts. We invoice via PayPal and ship the next business day.

We are strictly an internet business.

Can I speak with a live human?

We are a small family business so phone calls impact our ability to quickly turn orders and keep the business hitting on all cylinders. We know in this age of impersonal a live human is a nice touch but emails are typically answered within 24 hours. If a phone conversation is necessary after an email exchange we will gladly call you at a convenient time.

Do you offer custom builds, guitar mods and/or repairs?

We do not currently offer these services.

How do you ship your products?

We use USPS services for both domestic and international orders. First Class Mail and Priority Mail within the U.S. and First Class Mail for international. Upgrade to Priority Mail International is also available and required for shipments > 4 lbs. International customers are responsible for all D&T (Duty & Taxes) and/or import clearance costs. A customs declaration # is provided after your order is shipped.

Large orders and products are shipped via FedEx Ground within the U.S.

What type of guarantee do you offer on your products?

Unconditional money back (purchase price) for any reason within the first 7 days after receipt. You are responsible for all shipping (to/from) associated with the transaction. Refunds are not processed until the product has been received and inspected. All original packing materials including batteries, documents and a copy of your invoice need to accompany the return. Please contact us first prior to returning a product!

Do you offer discounts?

We offer both quantity and builder discounts. Minimums apply.

Where are your products manufactured?

We use both Korean and Chinese manufacturers who are leaders in their industry. All of our vendors provide manufacturing services (OEM) for the "name brands". All products are ROHS compliant.

Can I custom order products?

It depends. Typically custom orders require a significant minimum commitment. We have excellent working relationships with our vendors who try to accomodate our needs and those of our customers. Also, we have years of experience with OEM/ODM for our own product lines to offer you as a resource.

Not a chance! Not even the national Guitar Super Store chain carries our products. We cater to the custom builder not the masses looking for a "name brand" guitar or amp that everyone else owns. Our focus is electronics and we offer a far greater selection than any brick & mortar retailer. We give you the same products used by the large asian instrument manufacturers or that bear "big names" for a fraction of the price!
